I inadvertently deleted a page of notes. How do I recover ? I don’t see it on recently deleted page

I inadvertently deleted a page of my notes under the notes heading. It’s not under recently deleted area. How can I recover ?

If it is not in Recently deleted and you were not using iCloud Notes, then you can restore the iPhone to a backup made when the Notes were on the device.
