Spam Callers Blocked- come back

I must be central station for Spam Caller, Unknown caller, calls from strange cities, etc And I receive 25+ a day. Some change phone numbers and you have to block 2nd 3rd 4th attemp. I’ve kept probably over 500+ in my iPhone contacts, safe number as spam, block, they keep calling. I feel like changing numbers but had same # for 30 years and everyone has. It’s out of control. Wastes my time because I am continuously stopping to block them all before they call 4 more times!
