My Apple ID has been bound to a cellphone number that is not mine.

The person has also modified my Apple ID name, I think.

The email has been stolen and used for a couple of months. I highly suspect the person hacked my Apple ID, too

I cannot log in using that ID so I have to report the issue using my other ID
