I cant download apps off the app store it says my payment meothod is declined even tho i am buying a free app and i have funds on my card help plz

Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details, you must have a functioning payment method, even for free apps. You need to check with the bank as to why your card is being denied.
