I got a pop up that says your Apple ID and phone are now being used for iMessage on a new Apple Watch. I have not pursued a new watch

My Apple ID Hello! I keep getting notifications about my Apple ID. My phone had me change my password for my Apple ID. I thought I’d be in the clear once I changed my password but then I got a notification that said my Apple ID is being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new Apple Watch? I do have an Apple Watch but it’s not new and I didn’t just set it up. I’m worried someone may have my information and is using my Apple ID. I’m not really sure what to do? Thanks

I just had a pop up on my iPad stating my series 7 watch was being used to send an iMessage Pop up message on iPad stating series 7 watch was being used to send iMessage. Watch is with me currently on charge
