No signal to my Wacom One

Installed new driver - Wacom One starts up - shows the Wacom logo - then says no signal - and no display. Plugged in to power, HDMI into a HDMI / Mini Port adapter - new and USB from Wacom directly into my computer.


Mac Catalina OS 10.15.7


My Wacom One installed on my Mac - with Mac Catalina OS 10.15.7 - Display - does nothing?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

From your post it looks like the Wacom One is not showing up on your Mac.


We'd suggest starting here: Get help with video issues on external displays connected to your Mac Go through the steps needed to see if this helps.


If it's still not working, we'd suggest contacting Wacom. They might be able offer insight on why it is not recognizing the signal or the display.
