Using apps on ipad with apple business ID

I am using an iPad 4th gen device, I need to install Microsoft Teams app on the iPad using the apple business ID. How can I install apps on this device to be used for production?

I have read up on this a little, and it seems the Apple business ID doesn't allow the installation of apps, but is there a way or a work around?

iPad, iOS 10

Devices that use Apple Business IDs need to have their apps pushed from a Mobile Device Management platform (MDM). If you are using Managed Apple IDs, your IT department likely has an MDM platform that they can push apps with (perhaps with a self service portal app). You should reach out to them. If you are the IT department, ask your MDM vendor for directions on how to do this on their platform. If you don't have an MDM, there are many that range from free for 10 devices (Fleetsmith - $8.25/device/month for devices 11+), to $1/device/month (Mosyle), to $3+/device/month (Jamf Pro).
