Hello Everyone.
Bought this Apple Watch SE 2 months ago. Yesterday suddenly the screen turned into orange color. The other things are working fine like touch, iPhone pair, apps, Siri, phone call,s etc.
WatchOS: 7.4.1. ( No shock damage or water damage )
I did reset the watch but no luck. Is there any solution that I can try/check?

It sounds like a hardware problem, but I would contact Apple Support and see if it is still covered under AppleCare. If not, for repair & service:
