Enabling wifi calling

Hi, basic question.

I would like to be able to use wifi calling when I need to. I have a work iPhone SE on EE which has wifi calling, however my personal iPhone SE on GiffGaff doesn't have any of the options to turn wifi calling on. Is this simply because GiffGaff don't support wifi calling? So, will the options appear in Settings>Phone if I change to another provider, such as EE or Virgin?

Thanks

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Not all carriers support WI-FI calling. Here is a list:

Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada - Apple Support

If Wi-Fi Calling is available, you’ll see Wi-Fi after your carrier name in the status bar. Then your calls will use Wi-Fi Calling. For more info, see:
