wherecan i return my 8th gen ipad for onewith cell service its only 6 months old andi know i will pay the difference . It was gifted to me it was only Wi-Fi and I want to upgrade it to wifi+cellular

You can’t return it.

Usual return period is 14 days after the original purchase.

You can sell it to someone or try Apple trade in.
