AirPods Pro right side no works on call or voice message

Hi guys, one week ago I started to have problems with my AirPods pro, everything works, Siri, Music, Noise cancellation, transparency mode, all good, but after send some voice message from WhatsApp or call, after send good voice message or had a call the voice message are empty, no noice, nothing and I tried to call someone and the right side doesn't work and anyone can hear me but I hear on the left side.

I've sent it to apple support they've changed it both pair of AirPods for new one. after one day i have same problem, same same!

Everything is update iPhone 12 pro max and SE2020, and i think last version of AirPods pro has that problem.

When I had this problem I switch from iPhone 12 pro to iPhone se2020 and the problem was still there.


Someone with same problem out there?

Try resetting them:


1 Factory Reset

  1. Press and hold the setup button for at least 15 seconds.
  2. Hold the button until the status light starts flashing amber a few times and then flashes white.
  3. You AirPods have now been fully reset. You will need to re-pair your AirPods to your devices in order to use them again.
