I have subscribed calendars in Outlook and on my iPhone. How do I get them sync with iCloud Calendar? I have turned on icloud calendar on my iPhone. The default calendar in iCloud syncs with Outlook and my iPhone.

Towards the bottom of the article has this. "If you visit iCloud.com or are using Microsoft Outlook, you won't see your subscribed calendars updated with iCloud."
You would need to add the subscriptions to iCloud from your iPhone.
