I have a red boat and it just says a time on the front of my watch and I can’t get it to bring up anything else or do anything what’s wrong with it

Why does it have a red boat on my front of my watch and just the time
It's in power reserve mode,fully charge the battery then restart the watch.
I have A red lightning bolt and the time on the front of my face watch face and that’s it I can’t get anything else to come on it what’s going on
