Can I rearrange the apps on my list on the watch

List View lists the apps and organizes them in alphabetical order. I don't believe there are any other options that mode. You can rearrange the apps to your heart's content in Grid Mode.
For watchOS 7 and above:
- Open the Settings app
on your Apple Watch. - Tap App View, then tap Grid View or List View.
You can also open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap App View, then tap Grid View or List View.
