Hi veerababu65,

Please see: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro and If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support.

However, this may be a hardware issue. Learn about repair options here: Get Support.
