Not able to Download apps

Hi

I am not able to download apps from App Store. the following page appears when I try:-

and after I double click for Download, it does not start to download and the same previous page appears.

tried to search solutions on web and changed my apple ID password to solve the problem but the problem is only solved for the same day. Next day again I am facing same problem.
