Apple Watch Always On Not Working

My Apple Watch 6 is already updated to watchOS 7.4.1. I noticed that my Always On is no longer working. I have tried restarting the watch and ensure the Always On setting in on but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Apple Watch Always On Not Working

My Apple Watch 6 is already updated to Watch OS 7.4.1. I noticed that my Always On is no longer working. I have tried restarting the watch and ensure the Always On setting in on but nothing seems to work. I tried the suggestion above and still the "Always On" function still does not work. The hard reset did not work as a fix.

Any other ideas?
