Settings on my IPad mini 2 doesn’t show an option for Cancel Subscription.
I need to.cancel a free trial, but there is no option for Subscriptions under Settings. Is there another way to cancel a subscription?

Yes, I know. What I’m saying is it’s not there at all. It show
Name, Phone numbers, and Email>
Passwords & Security>
Payments & Shipping>
And that’s it. There isn’t another line item stating “Subscription”. The option does not exist on the screen.
Your screenshot shows that you don’t have a Payment Method configured on your account - against which a Subscription could be charged or cancelled. As such, this would imply that any active subscription that you have, for your “free trial”, is being charged not by Apple, but instead by a third-party.
