Why, whenever I try to send an email to a specific contact it says “the server rejected one of the recipient’s. The message has been placed in your outbox.”

Who is uour rmail provider?
Is the contact email address in the correct format?
xxxxxxx.xxxxx@gggggg.com
So your iCloud mail is rejecting a properly spelled email before it gets to the sent box?
There must still be something wrong with the address or the content such as attachments.
I can think of no other reason
Both emails are iCloud
And the second question?
