What happens if my iPhone is powered off? Is it possible to still locate it
If my power is dead can I still use find my iPhone and have it show me the exact location it is in ?

No, if it is powered off it can’t transmit its location. Find My requires that the phone be powered on and connected to either cellular data or Wi-Fi, although it can be located using crowd-sourced Bluetooth if there is anyone with another iPhone near it. But Off means OFF.
