I forgot my email account password, please give it back

If you forgot your email password, go to the email provider's web site and when attempting to sign in , see if you get a reset password option.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification  email option if necessary.
