Any help with error code 45061

I can't play any music from my apple music account on a Windows 10 PC. Says there is a problem downloading then runs through all the songs by that artist and then stops.

Thanks for posting about your iTunes issue here. We'd be glad to help check this out with you. If you're encountering issues with your Apple Music content downloading, let's try out a few steps to see if we can resolve it. We'd recommend checking to make sure that your settings are set up properly with Sync Library turned on. You can find this out by following the steps in Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music. If the Sync Library is already turned on, try unchecking and then checking it back on to have Apple Music sync with your iTunes again.


If the behavior continues, we'd recommend trying to authorize your computer once more in Authorize a PC to play iTunes purchases. You may also attempt to sign out and in of your iTunes by following the steps in Set up and view an iTunes Store account on PC.


Keep in mind, the above steps may remove music you've already downloaded for offline play.

Play, download, or remove songs from iCloud Music Library on PC
