Music Match
Will re-subscribing to Music Match, after a few years of not subscribing, bring back all 7000 songs in my catalogue?
In these strange times, I fell MUSIC that I grew up on brings me back to Happier Times!

Hi,
You will not be able recover your music from iTunes Match. Apple only retains your library for up to 30 day after your subscription expires.
Did you keep a backup of your music? If not, you’ll need to start from scratch other than having access to previous iTunes Store purchases.

Well, seems then, I might have to start downloading all the CD's that I ripped onto my mac's in all the 10 plus years. I had one of the first 24" iMac's, I used to take it wherever I went and "borrowed" "traded" their music and mine... I mean it sounds like copying, but what is the difference between borrowing a cd that has been paid for and a book? But, at that time I only wanted to increase the size of my "holdings" now it's going to be..... Only the music I truly appreciate and own. Like having a vinyl collection! OH, WAIT...... I can still re-download my previous purchases though... and THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWER.....
