Apple Series 6 watch blinking apple logo while installing latest update / failed - interrupted maybe.

I bought my apple watch a month ago and after opening the box and setting it up I upgraded my watch to the latest update, and after a month today I got a new update notification & when I connected my watch with the charger and clicked on install update from my apple watch, my watch is now not booting & even hard reset not working, it's stuck on blinking apple logo which blinks every 7 - 10 seconds.

when I connect this to the charger the watch gets hot but not booting and while using the charger the apple logo that blinks every 7 seconds disappears, I won't show while using the charger, I hope I still got a warranty claim over here in Pakistan, I bought the apple watch from Islamabad, Blue Area at apple store rep branch. looking forward to any help. Thanks
