Have you tried using iTunes on a computer or Finder if running Catalina or later to do the update?

Oh thank you Eric

I went to apple store today and guy told me there is no way to fix this issue and it happens sometimes

I was surprised with his answer .

I didn’t expect it

it’s iPhone X ( not that old)

I forgot to mention I did connect it to iTunes but it keeps sending errors
