Deducting of charges

To whom it may have concern,

I am writing this message to inform you that from the past few weeks, A message automatically sent from my iPhone to this number (***) which shows the deduction of RS:5.98 at every message.

I just want that if i have mistakenly added my account to any app, Then remove my account from that app.

Here i have attached the picture, where you can see the number and the deducted charges.
