A Duplicate Filename Was Specified Crisis

I've started to use a new laptop. I've downloaded iTunes, but everytime I launch it, this message appears; a duplicate filename was specified.

I've tried EVERYTHING; countless uninstall/reinstall attempts, useless tips from the net, run as admin, deleting from reg editor and I even uninstalled my Bluetooth in Device Manger and NOTHING'S WORKS!!!

I am at my wit's end. If someone had the same issue and have solved it, please tell me.

I use a ACER laptop, Windows 10

iPod, iOS 12
