ITV and BBC iplayer

i have tried to launch itv hub and BBC IPlayer on my Apple TV. When I launch BBC IPlayer there seems to be a problem however when I launch itv hub this app crashes. Could you help?

These apps won’t function outside the UK. Are you in the UK, using a UK IP address (no VPN)?

Generally, try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
