Hi All, I’m trying out Apple+. Watching it on an iPhone 12. Every time I try watching while using my AiroPro’s it causes Apple+ to buffer about every 2 minutes. When I’m not using the Airpods the buffering goes away. It Only happens with Apple+. Netflix and Prime video are fine. Penny for your thoughts. Anyone else noticing this?

To confirm we are on the same page, when you watch a show on Apple TV+, you will see a loading screen periodically when using AirPods? If that is the case, does this occur in specific areas or all areas? Check for environmental factors that might be causing this:
If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
If the issue persists, try a completely different internet connection to help us isolate the problem.

Thanks so much for getting back with me. I just downloaded the latest IOS and restarted the iPhone 12. TV+ is still buffering every few minutes when used in conjunction with my Airpod Pro’s. Another odd thing: when I use wired headphones the buffering stops! Beats me 🤷🏿♀️ Thanks again
Interesting problem! Thanks for getting back with me on it. It has the loading issue (buffering) no matter where I’m at in the home. It’s pretty unrelenting, happens every couple of minutes. Great internet connection here and at my girlfriends too. Still no better at her place. The sound goes out with the video.
* only seems to be a problem with TV+
* only when my Airpod Pro’s are connected
* wired headphones stop the buffering
*all other programs are closed out and I’m working with an iPhone 12 Pro max. True love.
