I have a PC, but have Apple TV+. Can I download the new Oregon Trail game and play it on the PC?

Apple Arcade is independent of Apple TV+. Subscribing to Apple TV+ alone won’t give you access to any games.
Apple Arcade games are available on Apple devices. The subscription does not extend to devices where Apple Arcade is not available.
