QDOS PowerLink Combi Multi-Port USB-C Hub

Good day

I bought a Macbook Air M1 2020, the Qdos worked previously but plugging it in now it doesn't pic up. Is there something I can do? or a setting I need to change?

MacBook Air does not read or see usb flash drives My MacBook Air does not see USB flash drives using a dongle nor a hub. When I use a hub my presenter clicker doesn't work either. Is something wrong with my USB C port?
