Missing IPad Purchase
I ordered a new IPAD which showed due to arrive 31st May and mid June.
However now when I open up the Apple Store App the purchase is not listed any more.
How do I find out what is going on?

Hi I-rina, thanks for your response. I actually found out yesterday that the “system” was down for an unspecified time and have noticed that my purchase appears and disappears from the app from time to time.
I anticipate the App is linked to the purchase system and without one the other doesn’t work.
I do have the purchase email and order number so I am pretty confident everything will work out fine.

It is strange indeed that you no longer see that purchase so you can track it!
Typically you are emailed an order number. If you have this, you may be able to check the status at the link below.
Otherwise, we would recommend getting in touch with support advisors with Apple Online Store so they can help track your order.
