iPhone 5s

I get no reception at my house, or surrounding area with the iPhone 5s, when in the house with very good WiFi, should the phone automatically change to voip, so I can get telephone reception in the house?

WiFi calling is not supported on the iPhone 5s.

That phone has had a good life. It's time to retire it and get a new one.
