on my windows 10 computer. - After I have downloaded the installation file from

apple or from Microsoft and try to install the program, I get the following

message – “One or more users on this computer have installed iTunes from the

Microsoft Store. All users must uninstall iTunes before this installation can

continue.” All Apple software has been uninstalled on my computer. Why am I

getting this message and how do I proceed in order to install iTunes.
