If you followed all the troubleshooting steps that we previously sent and you are still having the same problem, check to see if the software on your iPhone has been updated to the latest supported version iOS 14.5.1. If your iPhone has not yet been updated to iOS 14.5.1 back up your iPhone first before updating it.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your camera’s shutter sound isn’t working and we would like to help! Make sure that your iPhone Ring/Silent switch is set to Ring.

If the camera shutter sound is still not working try to "Adjust the volume of the camera’s shutter sound using the volume buttons on the side of your iPhone. Or, when Camera is open, swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center, then drag ."
