Hi, I ordered the new m1 ipad pro 12.9 , and it says that it will be arriving on late June and I'm leaving the country for a few months in a two weeks. Is there any possible way to expedite the process(ex.additional payment)? Thank you.

Anyone who jumped on the MI iPad Pro pre-order bandwagon are all experiencing delays in shipment.
Probably due to both chip shortages and high product demands.
You are just going to have to wait it out, just like every other pre-order customer has to do.
You will find Apple makes NO exceptions on this matter.
It is first come, first served when it comes to Apple product pre-orders
