Download iCloud photos to Windows PC
HOw do I download my photos from my iCloud account to my PC

Install iCloud for Windows on your PC: link-> Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
Then turn on iCloud Photo: link-> Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support
You can then set the photos to be downloaded, or simply copy them off from the iCloud location in Windows Explorer to a folder of your choosing.
