iPhone user manuals are released for iOS versions, not individual phones. The iOS manual includes information for all models, pointing out differences where they exist. It is available in two forms, one is an online manual, the other is an iBook that you can find in the Books app on your device. The link you posted is for the online manual.

I couldnt find a download link for the IPhone User Guide at the page https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios
How DO I download an iPhone user manual? ( preferrably free cause I think I just got fleeced for $7.99)

Use the link Johnathan provided or go into the iBooks app and search for iPhone user guide. All are free.
