Re Pairing watch and phone
Apple Watch has no Bluetooth Icon and am unable to reconnect with phone. Lost contact 5-5

Is bluetooth still enabled if you check under Settings > Bluetooth ? If not, can you enable it from there?
If the issue persists, try restarting your watch.
Are you just in the middle of the pairing process though? Following this guidance?
