Iphone only vibrates when locked

If we understand your post correctly, your phone only vibrates when it is locked. We're happy to help!

Go through your Notification settings to ensure they are set to how you want them to be.

Let's also check to ensure that Do Not Disturb is turned on.

Also, ensure that the mute button on the left hand side of your phone isn't enabled. If it's enabled you'll see an orange line.
