I have not used my Apple TV for about a year due to COVID, as it’s at my Summer home. Now I can not get Apple TV to work.8 have done the button holding, unplugging and the screen keeps changing and goes to screen saver. I need to get to settings to reset or restart and can’t get there due to the shaking. Can someone help me, I do not have a cable to hook to my computer.
A1427 is an Apple TV (3rd generation). That would work with an Apple Remote (aluminum).

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
It sounds like the remote isn’t linked/paired with the Apple TV box anymore. Also, the battery charge may be depleted. If your Apple TV remote isn’t working - Apple Support
