Iphone Froze

My iPhone froze while I was using it. I shut it off and when I tried to turn it back on it's been stuck on the apple logo for 8 hours now. Can this be fixed?? I have many things on my iPhone that aren't backed up due to no storage space on my phone. I would like this issue to get fixed without me losing any data from my phone.
