This morning my battery icon is not showing on the menu bar? what can i do

Make sure it's set to display:
Apple menu (top-left in the Menu Bar)
System Preferences
Dock & Menu Bar
(scroll down to and click on) Battery
Make sure that "Show in Menu Bar" is check marked
