As shown in the picture. I get this happening on my iPad only when using Safari. The keyboard works as it should but it did cause me to inadvertently change my wi-fi password locking me out and having to call to have a reset.

To get started, does the message persist after a restart of your iPad? Also, if you rotate the screen, does it appear in the same location or disappear?
Did this occur only after making a password change, or does it persist at all times? Additionally, which iPadOS version are you currently on? You can find that in Settings > General > About.

Thanks for reaching out. I’ll try to answer the questions and provide some more information.
I discovered that this only happens on one particular website. That site is a where I log into to check or make changes to my Internet account. If I go to the tab that allows me to change my wi-fi name and password I get the situation as pictured above. Once there it does not go away and follows me to every site I go to. To prevent any unknown changes I close the window.
I am using the iPad in landscape view. Did not try in portrait view. A restart of the iPad returns everything back to normal.
My iPad is a 5 th Gen running IOS 14.4.2
I suspect that this is related to the Safari browser.
The problem still persists after applying the update. Also occurs in portrait view.
