no cellular connection

I have a cellular issue, as the iphone7

only works at home. I have connected and have latest updates for IOS14.5.1

but still cannot connect any thoughts.

I really dont want to fo restore and lise everything.

Losing everything is extremely likely. Backups must occur before catastrophes.
