Apple Watch series 7000 compared to series 1

How similar is the Apple Watch series 7000 compared to the series 1?

Could I use a series 1 screen and put it on a 7000 series?

Thanks

The 7000 is not a series of Watches. It is the grade of aluminum of which some of the first watches were made.
