i have an Iphone 12 promax and the volume adjusts by itself if its near any radio or TV or people talking. It’s not hooked to other devices. Volume always go to a lower setting. People keep telling me they can’t hear me even when it’s on highest setting.
i turned off the button under ringer (change with buttons), ringer is set at max, ive turned off and on my phone. nothing seems to be working. Please help!

Are you using a case with your iPhone? If so, test with the case removed. The case may be unexpectedly putting pressure on the volume buttons.
Also, is Attention Aware enabled on your iPhone? If so, let's have you test this issue with the feature disabled. For information on Attention Aware, look here: About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro
Do you have Change with Buttons enabled in Settings > Sound & Haptics > Change with Buttons? If disabled, does the behavior change?

Hi - No, I’m not using headphones. Even as I’m typing a text, I see the volume bar going up/down if there is a tv or radio or people speaking nearby me.
