i have 2 apple ids, i could never get signed in with original so i made new id. i want tp go back to my orinal id if possible . it has my back up when i upgraded my phone

is there anyway to merge apple id our sign into my original id were my phone is backed up

You can't merge Apple IDs.

Why can't you sign in with the original ID? What happens when you try? Error message(s)?
