I don't have an iPhone anymore but there is cash in my wallet. How can I get it?
I have a few hundred dollars in my apple wallet but I don't have an iPhone anymore. Can I access it with my Mac?

We understand that you no longer have an iPhone and have a few hundred dollars in your Apple Wallet. You want to know if you can access the balance with your Mac. Unfortunately, you are only able to use the Wallet app on an iPhone, iPod touch or Apple Watch. How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
You can however use the information in the "Close your Apple Cash account" in this article, Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support to transfer your balance or send it to someone.
