Why can I not get iTunes Match?
I am wondering why I cannot get Match

There could be a few reason:
1: If you have an Apple Music membership, you get all of the benefits of iTunes Match, plus access to the entire Apple Music catalog.
2: iTunes Match availability varies by country and region.
3: iTunes Match isn't available for Android devices.
